Day 1: Understanding Burnout and Where It Comes From
Day 2: Finding Ourselves: Identities and Values
Day 3: Finding Good Enough and Letting Go of Perfection
Day 4: Practicing Mindfulness and Self-Reflection (1:1 Coaching Sessions)
Day 5: Building Your Day to Day Recharge Plan
Day 6: Choosing to Radically Accept and Protect Yourself

Package Includes

  • 6 nights’ accommodation on a beautiful reflective Retreat Ranch on 46 acres of land.
  • Daily yoga and meditation practice to maintain physical and mental health. 
  • Access to dipping pool, hot tubs, ice plunge, and wood-burning sauna for circulation and relaxation.
  • Daytime workshops focused on burnout prevention and maintaining mental well-being.
  • Two vegetarian meals daily with a professional chef. Meat available upon request.
  • NOT INCLUDED: Flights and transportation to and from the Retreat Ranch.

How to Get There

The hill country of Texas is full of beautiful topography and fun destinations. Centrally located and within an hour of the Austin airport, Retreat Ranch is situated on 46 acres of natural beauty. It features special and sacred details to delight each guest in Marble Falls, TX.

Retreat Ranch is accessible by rental car or taxi/ride share. Before the retreat, we will provide you with the option to communicate with your fellow retreat attendees, in case you would like to share or coordinate a ride to the ranch.

FAQs

Well this isn’t the easiest to answer as it depends on how you use the beds and sleeping sofas. Check out the  stay page to see which accommodations have what layouts to determine the sleeping capacity for you. It ranges from 25 (if one person per bed and not using the sleeping sofas) to 32 if you sleep two per queen/king bed and utilize the sleeping sofas. No, I am sorry, we cannot go above our sleeping capacity for overnight guests.

Yes and no. We do have mini split AC/Heaters in each tent as well as electric blankets. In the summer the evenings are perfect, though the daytime may still be a bit warm (enjoy the dipping pools or dining hall during the daylight hours). In the winter the heater, supplemental heat and electric blankets keep you nice and toasty.
