4. Juneteenth: Expanding Awareness & Connection
Juneteenth is a time for reflection, education, and celebration. Join us in honoring this historic day, focusing on expanding awareness and creating space for meaningful conversations. Through guided meditation and open dialogue, we’ll commemorate freedom and the importance of inclusivity in the workplace.
5. Yoga for Kids
Because sometimes the kiddos need zen, too. This fun and playful session introduces little ones to yoga basics, keeping them entertained while you squeeze in a coffee break. Namaste, tiny yogis!
6. The Mindful Hydration Workshop
Water, but make it mindful. Hydration is the real MVP, and this session teaches your team how hydration can combat stress and stay refreshed, energized, and on top of their game. Spoiler alert: You’re probably not drinking enough water. Custom Love Bottles are available upon request!
