Hannah Drain Taylor
Hannah discovered yoga during graduate school at CU Boulder – she needed a way to find a center and manage the stress of life. She found so much more. In every class, she was curious to learn more. She spent the following years practicing in studios around Boulder & Denver, Colorado. In 2020 amidst the pandemic, civic unrest, economic dysfunction, and a general sense of fear and consternation that those events brought, she turned to her muse, yoga.
Hannah Drain Taylor is the co-founder of an executive strategy agency called Delta Awesome, a yoga and meditation teacher for ZaaS, and a faculty member at CU Boulder. Mindfulness is at the center of all of her work.
