Desk Yoga is our unique workplace wellness program offering. This signature series is simple and efficient. Desk Yoga breaks down the most essential poses to do every day from your desk, including breathwork to boost brain function, and movement to tone the body. No change of clothes or prior experience is necessary.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow classes will kick your ZaaS! This session incorporates hatha and vinyasa flow practices for strength and flexibility. These movement practices are supported by recent medical research. No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

“Meditation. It’s not what you think.

Sitting still seems simple, but it’s hard to do. It’s natural to feel a bit overwhelmed at the start of meditation practice. Our program offers different types of meditation practices designed to take you below the surface and beyond the obvious in training the mind.

Looking to gain muscle tone but don’t know where to start? Our Strength Training & HIIT series covers all your stay-at-home moves, so you can namast’ay strong!

“Align the spine and all will be fine.”

Whether you’re working from home 10 hours a day or 1 hour a day, having the right setup for your workstation is essential to avoid repetitive stress injuries. We’ve partnered with the leading Physical Therapy clinics in the area to workshop some easy fixes and tips to help you optimize your workstation.

Zumba

“When you dance, your purpose isn’t to get to a certain plane on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.”

Dance can be a powerful form of meditation, and a complement to the yoga practice. Enjoy a combination of Zumba, hip-hop, and other forms of dance with our phenomenal team of instructors. Remember to enjoy each step along the way.
